My name is Tanya and I'm a full time mummy to 3 beautiful girls. I live with my partner Dave who works hard as a plasterer. We have a 5.5 year old daughter, a near 3 year old daughter and our new addition to the family is my baby girl who is 3 months old. We spend our days doing little bits, whether it be going for a walk after dropping my daughter at school, or to the shops. When the weather improves we like to go to the park or to feed the ducks. If it’s raining, which is generally all the time, we find ourselves in more but we generally find something to keep the little one happy.

First Impressions
Well our gro light arrived in a small box, I think I imagined it to be a bit bigger than what it currently is, so I was impressed. Upon opening the box once I got it out it was smaller again, quite dainty really. I am really looking forward to trying it out in my daughters bedroom as they are terrified of the dark, and so this sounds perfect! So we look forward to providing feedback on the gro-light.

Well upon connecting the little gro light to our light fitting; we couldn't wait to try it. So we turned it on and it immediately provided a nice little glow, not too bright but enough to offer a bit of reassurance to a baby or child. My daughters like it, however my eldest is really scared of the dark and is convinced the gro light isn't bright enough lol.

Well we've been using the gro light for about a week now. We are loving it. (Ok, I am more) My little girls for some reason are terrified of the dark - seems to be a new phase. They still insist that we have the hall way light on aswell as the gro light until they fall asleep. I will attach another photo in my next update.
I find the gro light just perfect; it means I can go into their room to check on them at night without standing on something, or worse waking them up!

So are now about two weeks in and the lovely little gro light is being used every night time. We've come along way because my little ones always wanted the main light on and for obvious reasons its a bad idea and also uses a lot of electricity.
We use the gro light alongside an energy saving bulb as you can see in the picture. However when its dark in the bedroom and the gro light is on its difficult to take a good picture.
We do love having the gro light and I don't know how we coped with out. I feel its worth every penny and it feels safe enough to leave on all through the night.

We use our gro light on a daily basis. I would say it would be perfect if the light could be a tiny bit brighter so that it provides more light but only because my little ones end up having the hallway light on too. Lol.
Where our light fitting is situated is a bit wrong and so the light isn't directly in the middle which I reckon would solve the situation if it was.
So this way it only provides a glow on one side of the room. But I love the gro light I think its perfect.
Well we're a good few weeks in now of living with the gro light.
I thought I'd show a comparison picture of it on dim and on bright.
I only just realised it had this feature, it makes it even more brilliant!
The photo to the left shows dim at the top and below is brightest setting.
You can see the difference quite clearly.
We tend to keep it on brightest setting when in the girls bedroom due to their fear of the dark.
Also it makes it easier for my daughter if she gets up in the night.
Our gro light is on every single night in our daughters room. They have both got better with regards to needing the hallway light on aswell. So the gro light must be working, we do have it on the brightest setting though.
Best invention ever!
