Not The 'See Food' Diet, It's The Ice Cream Diet!

You'll be able to squeeze into that LBD for your Christmas party this year as The Ice Cream Diet professes to help you lose between six to ten pounds in three days. (Probably because you'll only actually be consuming 900 calories per day though!). 

You can drink as much water as you want and two cups of black tea or coffee per day - however, you must stick to the food and measurements religiously.

Day One

BREAKFAST
1 cup of black coffee or tea 
½ grapefruit or half a glass of grapefruit juice 
1 slice of toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

LUNCH
100g tuna 
1 slice of toast 
1 cup of black coffee or tea

DINNER
2 slices of any lean meat 
1 cup of green beans 
100g beetroot 
1 apple 
100g regular vanilla ice cream (any brand)

Day Two

BREAKFAST
1 cup of black coffee or tea 
1 egg 
1 slice of toast 
½ large banana or 1 small banana

LUNCH
100g cottage cheese or tuna 
8 regular crackers (Tuc or Ritz) 
1 cup of black coffee or tea

DINNER
2 Frankfurters 100g broccoli or cabbage
50g carrots 
½ small banana and 1 apple or 1 large banana 
100g regular vanilla ice cream

This diet isn't very healthy so we only think you should only be on it short term but it certainly appeals to us at Mumii as we love anything sweet!
